WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST SVIT AESTHETICS APPOINTMENT

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST SVIT AESTHETICS APPOINTMENT

If you have been curious about aesthetic treatments but have not quite known where to start, you are in the right place. Most people who walk through our door at SVIT Aesthetics for the first time tell me the same thing: they have been thinking about it for a while, but something held them back. Maybe it was uncertainty about the process. Maybe it was concern about looking overdone. Maybe it was simply not knowing what to ask.

That hesitation is completely understandable — and it is exactly why I want to walk you through what a first appointment at SVIT actually looks like, from beginning to end.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Booking your first appointment is straightforward. You can schedule online through our Vagaro booking system at svitaesthetics.com, or call us directly at (817) 217-4968. We are located at 301 State St inside Southlake Town Square, and we are open Monday through Friday.

Before your visit, it helps to spend a few minutes thinking about what has been on your mind about your skin. You do not need to arrive with a detailed plan or a list of treatments — that is my job. But if there is something specific that has been bothering you, whether it is pigmentation, fine lines, skin texture, or something you want to address before it becomes more noticeable, hold onto that thought. It will be the starting point for our conversation.

There is no pressure to commit to anything before or during your first visit. Come as you are, with your questions and your curiosity.

WHAT A GOOD FAITH EXAM IS — AND WHY IT MATTERS

For clients seeking injectable or laser services at SVIT, your appointment will begin with a Good Faith Exam, commonly known as a GFE. This is required under Texas law for all physician-supervised med spa services, and it is something I consider a genuine benefit — not a formality.

The GFE ensures that every client is properly evaluated before any injectable or laser treatment is recommended. It confirms that you are a suitable candidate, that your health history is taken into account, and that the treatment path proposed is appropriate for you specifically. At SVIT, all injectable and laser services are performed under physician oversight in accordance with Texas requirements.

What this means for you in practice is simple: your care is structured, responsible, and grounded in your individual profile. That is the standard I hold every appointment to.

YOUR CONSULTATION WITH YULIIA

Once we are together, the first thing I do is listen.

I will ask about your skin history, what you have tried before, what has worked and what has not, and what you are hoping to feel like when you leave. I pay attention not just to what you say, but to how you say it — because the difference between wanting to look refreshed and wanting to look dramatically different is something I need to understand before I recommend anything.

This is not a rushed assessment. There are no packages waiting to be sold and no quota of treatments to fill. My only goal in a consultation is to understand you well enough to build a care plan that genuinely serves you.

I will also take a close look at your skin — its texture, tone, areas of concern, and overall condition. Depending on what we discuss, I may recommend starting with one treatment, or I may suggest a sequenced approach that builds over time.

HOW YOUR TREATMENT PLAN IS BUILT

At SVIT, every plan is built from scratch around the individual. I do not have a standard protocol for "someone in their 40s" or "someone concerned about pigmentation." I have a plan for you, based on what I see and what you tell me.

I will walk you through what I am recommending and why, what each treatment is designed to support in terms of your skin's appearance, what to expect during and after, and how individual results can vary. You will always leave a consultation with a clear understanding of the path ahead — and with the freedom to take your time before deciding.

For clients who are interested in ongoing care, I will also introduce our membership program, which is designed to support a consistent skincare routine over time with savings and flexibility built in.

WHAT HAPPENS ON TREATMENT DAY

If you decide to move forward with a treatment on the same day as your consultation, here is what you can generally expect: a calm, boutique environment, a practitioner who takes her time, and a treatment experience that is as comfortable as possible. Depending on the service, you may experience mild warmth, a slight pressure sensation, or temporary redness — all of which I will explain in advance.

Most of our treatments involve minimal downtime, meaning you can return to your day relatively quickly. I will give you specific aftercare guidance based on exactly what was done, and I am always available if questions come up afterward.

AFTER YOUR FIRST VISIT

The first appointment is just the beginning. My goal is not to see you once — it is to become your long-term aesthetic partner. Skin changes over time, life changes, goals shift. What serves you well at 32 may look different at 45. I genuinely enjoy the process of evolving a care plan alongside a client as they grow.

Many of our clients come in initially for one concern and find, over time, that a more comprehensive seasonal approach to their skin makes them feel consistently their best. That is the relationship I am here to build.
